What did Shakespeare look like?

It's a ubiquitous question, at the moment, what with the National Gallery's Searching For Shakespeare exhibiton. For no particular reason, to me he'll always look like the RSC's Flower Portrait:

and very little like the swarthy Chandros picture that everyone seems to have decided is the most likely candidate:

But over at the Guardian's Culture Vulture blog, we can apparently see him in 3D, though not quite glorious technicolor:

Is it just me, or is that not Lenin?
